About John Seaton Callahan:

In 2007, we formed the surfEXPLORE collective with John Seaton Callahan, Sam Bleakley (UK), Erwan Simon (France) Phil Goodrich (USA) and Emiliano Cataldi (Italy).

Major projects include the Nouadhibou Peninsula of Mauritania, east and west coasts of Taiwan, Mindanao Island in the Philippines, mainland China and Hainan Island, Western Sahara, Angola, Algeria, Tunisia, the mysterious islands of Comoros in the Moçambique Channel, northeast Madagascar, Bocas del Toro in Caribbean Panamá, the Mayumba area of southern Gabon, the Swahili Coast of Lamu Island in Kenya, three widely-published projects from Haiti, the island of São Tomé in the Gulf of Guinea, the desert coast of Oman, Diu Island in India, the coast of Andra Pradesh in India, Ghana and Liberia in West Africa as well as further explorations in Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Mediterranean Sea.

John is currently represented by Getty Images, Lonely Planet Images, Alamy, iStockPhoto and A-Frame, where he adds fresh material as often as possible.

About Adam Barker:

Raised amongst Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, internationally acclaimed photographer Adam Barker has a passion for photography matched only by his zest for life. Known for bold landscape and active lifestyle imagery, his love affair with exceptional imagery has translated into stirring editorial work for Outdoor Photographer, Skiing, Ski, Powder, Flyfish Journal, USA Today, The Drake, Adventure Fishing, Mountain Sports & Living, and many more publications. He has drawn praise for his teaching style at workshops both domestic and abroad, and has drawn similar accord for his instructional DVDs. Barker has produced imagery for a varied array of commercial clients including Black Diamond Equipment, Volkswagen of America, Deer Valley Resort, Suunto Watches, Loon Outdoors and many more. When not shooting, Barker can be found spending time with his wife and two sons, or “product testing” in the mountains, on the river, or wherever else nature happens to call.
