That’s right, no railings. Norway’s Pulpit Rock is a jaw dropping, heart thumping experience for the thousands of daily visitors that hike 2 hours to stand on the edge of the world. Or as close as your feet dare to bring you. A staggering 2000 feet above water its a sought out base jumping site.

Light, composition and perfect timing.

Not often do we get to see the work that photographers shoot in their spare time and even less often when it comes to renowned photographers like Grant Brittain. His diverse body of work includes landscape, travel, abstract and portraits and captures a tranquil stillness that stands in great contrast to his usual daily non-stop movement of skate photography.

These photos convey a depth and lightness and as always with his work, a story. One that let’s you just sit and fall into that moment in time.
